Will My Helium Balloon Arrive Inflated?
We’re really sorry but we can’t send your helium balloon inflated as it would be too large to post. This means that your balloon will arrive deflated and in a sealed packet, so you can choose when to add the helium.
Free Foil Helium Balloon Inflation In-Store
If you've bought a foil helium balloon online and you'd like us to inflate it for you, please ring your chosen store first to ensure they can do this (see our store locator for store addresses and telephone numbers). Then, take your balloon, along with your order confirmation email, into a store and we’ll inflate it for you free of charge.
Trafford Centre: Due to building restrictions we cannot provide a balloon inflation service at this Card Factory location. Nearby stores in Eccles, Urmston and Stretford do offer the service.
Helium-inflation is not free of charge on the Isle of Man and will incur an extra charge.
Please remember to take your order confirmation email as you’ll need to show this to a member of our team as proof of purchase. Unfortunately, we can't offer free helium balloon inflation in-store if you don't have your confirmation email with you.
Please note:
This balloon may conduct electricity. Do not release the balloon outdoors or near overhead power lines. Do not use a metallic ribbon with the balloon. Use with counterweights. Not suitable for children under 36 months due to small parts. Dispose of responsibly. Misuse may cause personal injury.
To keep your balloon properly inflated, avoid exposure to extreme temperatures. In cold air, the balloon will deflate slightly, exposure to warm air will restore proper inflation. Excessive heat could cause the balloon to burst.

      If your item is faulty, we may ask you to send us a photo of the damage. We can only accept returns of personalised gifts if they are faulty.
        Our stores are unable to accept returns of items that are bought from our website.
          Within 30 days of purchase we are happy to provide you with an exchange or refund for faulty products.
            After 30 days we can provide you with an exchange. If we no longer have this item and there is no suitable replacement we will provide you with a refund.
